Where We Differ
An acrylic overlay covers your existing tub and surround — it doesn't address water damage, rot, mould, or failing plumbing behind the enclosure. A full renovation lets us inspect and repair what's actually wrong, so the problem doesn't resurface in a few years.
Bath Fitter's product is a custom-molded acrylic liner. It's a legitimate solution for a surface-only refresh, but it's not tile, stone, or custom waterproofing. If you want a genuinely renovated bathroom with real materials, an overlay isn't that.
